Legislative Action Update
Steve Zemke and Sarajane Siegfriedt have been appointed as co-chairs of the Legislative Action Committee. Steve and Sarajane are two of our most experienced advocates, and have co-chaired this committee in the past. They are committed to greatly increasing opportunities for our PCOs and members to advocate for a better King County and Washington state during the legislative session.
Our annual King County Democrats Lobby Day in Olympia will be held this year on Presidents Day, Monday, February 16th, prior to the State Party’s Crab Feed, which starts at 5 PM.
We are also offering a list of 2015 Lobby Days events sponsored by kindred organizations, consistent with both our platform and our Legislative Agenda.
