The King County Democratic Central Committee has established the following Standing Rules as supplements to our Bylaws:
The most recent endorsement rules and procedures (as amended) were approved at the February 2016 executive board meeting and will be in effect for the remainder of the 2016 election cycle.
Rules for Submitting Resolutions
These concern the KCDCC caucus of legislative district PCOs that is called to select apointees to fill vacancies in intra-county state legislature seats and are the most recent rules passed by the State Central Committee.
