Bylaws & Standing Rules


Our Bylaws form the foun­da­tion for our struc­ture, and define the roles and respon­si­bil­i­ties for our Offi­cers and oppor­tu­ni­ties for our Mem­bers. This is an orga­ni­za­tion formed of, by and for the pro­gres­sive activists that make up our mem­ber­ship. It’s all about you as an activist and a citizen.

Endorse­ment Rules

Rules for Interim Legislative Appointments

These are rules that concern the KCDCC caucus of legislative district PCOs that is called to select apointees to fill vacancies in intra-county state legislature seats. They were approved by the KCDCC Executive Board at its August 2013 meeting:  Procedures for the Nomination of Candidates

(N.B.:  For vacancies in 1st, 30th, 31st, 32nd and 39th legislative district seats, the caucus is instead called by the WSDCC Chair and conducted according to WSDCC rules.)
