Bylaws & Standing Rules


Our Bylaws form the foun­da­tion for our struc­ture, and define the roles and respon­si­bil­i­ties for our Offi­cers and oppor­tu­ni­ties for our Mem­bers. This is an orga­ni­za­tion formed of, by and for the pro­gres­sive activists that make up our mem­ber­ship. It’s all about you as an activist and a citizen.

Endorse­ment Rules

Rules for Interim Legislative Appointments

These concern the KCDCC caucus of legislative district PCOs that is called to select apointees to fill vacancies in intra-county state legislature seats and are the most recent rules passed by the State Central Committee.
